RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygiene issues, our items are non-refundable or exchangeable. We will issue an exchange of product if the product is deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email within 14 days of the delivery.
Items are deemed as faulty or damaged if;
- The earrings have fallen apart upon arrival
- The earrings are clearly damaged upon arrival.
Items are handcrafted and therefore may have small imperfections such as and not limited to; slight variances to display photo, bubbles, small marks and potential slight-colour differences. Imperfections do not affect the aesthetic, functionality or use of the product. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the basis of above.
